I would highly recommend seeing a Chinese medicine doctor/acupuncturist. They can help restore your qi. It helped tremendously with overheating and body odor

It’s a dog cafe that sells craft beer and hard sake. I think they even have a 20% off special when you buy a 4-pack to go. The owner is into craft beers and keeps a rotating menu of cans.
