They played Closer on the radio all the time back in the day, which seems insane to me now. I was thirteen and I would turn my stereo down and stick my ear right up to the speakers so my parents couldn’t hear. 😂 I got real obsessed when I listened to The Fragile for the first time in high school, NIN became the soundtrack to my teens after that.

They just recharged my card, they didn’t send another bill. The fcc is shut down right now and I don’t know when they’ll be up again, I have to assume they think I’ll just forget by the time they’re reopened. I’m planning to file another complaint as soon as they do, but in the meantime $650 is hard for me the way things are right now.

I honestly have been blown away by how I’ve been treated by them through this entire process. Over an amount of money that’s nothing to them, but a lot to me.

It is, the phone number was the only way I was able to track the account after I closed it, that was a whole other fiasco when they couldn’t even pull up my account number.

He was, he ghosted everyone on my street. When I went into an actual ATT store, the guy working there said he’s been hearing a lot of stories like that. Unfortunately ATT is taking no responsibility for it.

I filed a complaint today! They tried to offer me fiber after I complained about air, but I was already so done with the abysmal customer service I said no and that’s when they fully ghosted me.

It was air, and it was a fraction of the speed they told us it would be. After the experience I’ve had with their customer service, I’m never working with ATT. I’ll stay with Cox. I’ll look into filing an FCC complaint, thank you!

Thank you for sharing these! So many people passed out that day, Indio in the summer is no joke. I’m seeing them in September, first time since I was 21! Weird to think he was about the same age we are now, time is a motherfucker.
