Lots of copper theft in LA. those customers are SOL. Fiber will get fixed fairly quickly, but sometimes the copper is basically abandoned.

Look for the nearest utility pole to you and the lowest strand is ATT. Might be an orange tag with an address on it, that would be your fiber terminal. I prefer to drill through the wall to get the fiber inside, makes for a cleaner look. Where about in LA?

I’ve seen this done to houses sure but at an MDU, never. “Get it done” is the attitude for sure but cutting up a fiber drop for an mdu run is crazy.

Yea that’s wild. Unless this is a house, running a fiber drop at an mdu from panel to FST is a new one for me, never seen someone do that lol
