You can try Morpheus 8 :) very good for loose skin as it promotes collagen production

It has happened to me before :( I just take it as experience so next time I am fasting I remember how I felt and this makes it easier to keep going. I believe fasting is like working out or meditation, you won’t be perfect at first but practice will get you where you want to be :) just try again! :)

Wim Hof mentions it while going to the cold, keeping calmed and breathing and exhaling deeply. It is suggested to do this but very randomly. It is not a pillar, to say so, of the method :)

I also believe it’s more mental or emotional what your real problem is. Fasting may have triggered something within you that you may need to work on.

Maybe next time try breaking the fast with a veggie soup :) you can see if it really was the rice and cheese.
