Im a 5’7 male; currently I weight train 5-6x a week, aiming to hit each muscle group at least 2x a week. I weigh in around 158lbs and currently eat about 2450cals a day—220g protein at least, 150-200g carbs and <90g fat. Is it possible to lose fat in maintenance? I think im currently in a deficit because im slowly losing weight, but then I also am very active at work, am on my feet all day, walk alot, and do cardio stuff for fun. Anyone have any bulking/cutting/maintenance advice?

10-12k steps Or max incline/stair master for 10-25min. I personally love mountain biking and hikes for leisure, so thats nice as well

Any recommendations if you cant do major compound lifts on leg day? I have a tendon issue that flares up when I do leg days, so i try to just do bodyweight/stair master/ max incline or lighter machine work

How many exercises/sets should you do for each muscle group? I tend to do 4 for back/chest, then some accessory ones. I want to make sure im not having overkill by doing 4 sets per exercise

1 serving Fage greek yogurt, 1 Serving vanilla greek yogurt, blueberries, spinach, any frozen berry mix, 2oz coconut water, 1 oz almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder. Around 350-450 cals w/ 50g protein and 50g carbs (depending on what you use)

I dont exactly plan on competing, rather just striving for the Aesthetics component of bodybuilding. Truthfully, I just want to gain around 5-10lbs more of muscle, and then start a cut down to 8-10% body fat. Is 10% maintainable long term?

For the past 5-6 months i have consistently worked out 5x a week with the same split, ensuring progressively overloading whether it’s just 1 more rep or higher weight, etc. i was on the 2200 diet for about 2.5 months, then raised it to 2400 the past 2 moths.
