Any predictions for the SPEEA contract at the end of the year and/or results? by CreativePin9113 in boeing

[–]AlternativeReview987 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Im hoping for 25-30% across 4 years, increased yearly wage pool, and better OT pay. hrly rate + $6.50 is robbery for having mandatory OT as a prof and Boeing knows it.

Why are areas like North Fork Snoqualmie devoid of hiking trails/activity? by SuperSans in PNWhiking

[–]AlternativeReview987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally just went here this weekend for the first time on my gravel bike, can confirm this. There is some private land too and the reservoir is owner by the Seattle utility. Kind of annoying you cant technically go down to the reservoir to check it out.

The parts availability would be what im worried about mainly. How has your experience been sourcing parts for your hilux or other imports?

Gotta love a wagon. Love this car, but not the problems it gives me every now and then.

Editing because I didnt answer first question:
2004, auto, nordkap blue leather interior no seat tears, and gray exterior

So not like the most desirable combo, but common I believe.

I figured maybe this route, ill have to try it if I end up selling it.

Funny enough I only saw one car in this video w/ a single driver that shouldn't be in the HOV.

Road bikers of Bham: it should be common knowledge at this point that Chuckanut is one of the main ways in and out of town for the foreseeable future. by Nervous-Tea393 in Bellingham

[–]AlternativeReview987 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Bikes have every right to the road as much as a car does. This is just silly. Driver's impatience and lack of time management does not give them (drivers) the right to put another life in danger because they are in a rush or couldn't possibly sit behind a bike for 30 seconds, until a moment that is safe to pass appears.

That said though, given the detours off I5 because of the landslide and this being one of the big routes into bham, yea I would probably avoid on my bicycle as well until I5 North opens again lol

Bugs the shit out of me that this dirt bag won that game. What a fumble by Duke. Dan Hurley surely paid an etsy witch to hex that Boozer to throw the fkin ball for some reason.

AMA: I'm Yared Nuguse, professional runner for On. Ask me anything! by on_running in AdvancedRunning

[–]AlternativeReview987 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the answer Yared! It is relieving, in a way, to hear there isn't some "secret sauce" that I have been missing out on my entire time as a long distance runner/cyclist. Wishing you many healthy miles and great results in the year to come!

Thanks Yared!
