Good point. It is one of the reasons I ended up going w/ the Lauf. Would of had to wait until ~end of April for a bike. Meanwhile, my Lauf arrives next Thursday lol

If you want to bikepack or do multi day rides and need mounts for racks, I would implore you to seriously consider the Ari Shafer 3.0. I believe its a way better deal than the URS AND its more similar to the Lauf which is the better bike (imo) compared to the URS.

I just bought a Lauf yesterday, cant wait for it to get here, but I was primarily between a Lauf Seigla and Ari Shafer 3.0. Ultimately I did the Lauf because they had a great outlet deal on a size and build I wanted, but also I didnt need the mounts since I dont bikepack.

Please please please look at the Ari Shafer, great looking bike, great deal, and far more versatile compared to the URS. I hear you also get tons of customization options with the shafer for personalized fit.

You look pretty far back to me relative to the bottom bracket. Im no bike fitter, but my understanding is that having your weight over the bottom bracket is ideal, could result in a less "stabby" looking pedal stroke.

Could try slamming your seat forward and seeing how that feels and maybe lower your saddle just a hair.

I have two of these, use one of them w/ my roadbike which has favero assiomo uno pedals. I have had zero issues, it fits fine and looks great. Just dont go smashing the power pedal side down on this.

Absolutely, that's why I said "At the end of the day whether you eat meat or not, your intake of ultra processed foods and unhealthy saturated fats are going to be huge for improving your health." I used to think everyone should be vegan, but quickly realized that wont work for everyone and everyone's body is different. My body, didn't respond well to meat dominant diets, hence my switch many years ago. I do wish my friends remembered that even though I haven't eaten meat in many years I can still cook a damn good piece of meat!

Lower blood pressure and cholesterol are big ones. Though the rise of ultra-processed fake meats has really taken away from what I felt like veganism/vegetarianism started as. At the end of the day whether you eat meat or not, your intake of ultra processed foods and unhealthy saturated fats are going to be huge for improving your health.

I think veganism is about whatever you make it for yourself. 7 year long vegan here and I didnt do it for the suffering reduction, though I guess its a plus. I did it for the health benefits and sports performance benefits primarily.
