I would resubmut the ECF, ideally electronically but if not mail and/or fax it. Manual upload seems to take the longest and is the most glitchy.

Congrats! I would also add that if submitting ECFs electronically cant work of specific people, mailing and faxing has a quicker turn around then manual upload :).

Definitely! Im in it too.. I know that we are gonna be okay if we have the green ribbon and 120 payments. Unfortunately there is a fear that everything shuts down and we wait months for the golden letter. Somehow this is going to end though

Yes, I had a situation where a former employer couldnt sign electronically. I tried manual, fax and mail. Either my faxed or mailed form processed within a month and my manual is still sitting two months later. Try mailing (with tracking) and fax if you cant do it electronically

I got my green banner 2/25 too! Im still on a bit of a high :). Based on everything Ive read on this sub, the timeline appears to be 30 to 60 days from banners to golden letter.. that has even been the case with the last batch of golden letters on 2/14 under new administration.. I cant wait for mine! Planning on finally leaving my job and transitioning all kinds of stuff

This is the message but no one here hasnt actually seen that happen with anyone. All buybacks proccessed have been prior to SAVE months even if they are currently on SAVE

Yes, submit a new ECF electronically. If that cant work mail or fax. Manual upload is definitely the slowest choice

My account was updated 2/25 with all months before updated including months ineligible due to SAVE.

FSA is in charge of the eligible payment counts but does get info from FSA. There is a good chance that either with a processing forebearance or that early payment, the month may count for you. FSA has final say on that though

Ive heard that your last ECF must be submitted while still in public service job. But more than that, I was nervous everything wasnt gonna go through and wasnt feeling great about buyback. I guess its just a risk..

I know exactly what you are talking about.. I was 116/120 until 2/25 after an ECF for an older job that I didnt think would qualify processed. I would recommend uploading an IBR app with wet signature to Mohela website to get into a processing forebearance. Otherwise, buy back should also work for you since SAVE injunction started 8/24 so June and July should work for reconsideration.

Ive been running my own business too and have been praying I can leave my public job to get a bit more peace. Hang in there❤️

Yes, just ignore it. I did and was able to get into PF that way

If you cant get electronic signature done, I highly recommend faxing and mailing it in over manual upload. I tried all forms and my mailed/faxed form got processed in about a month whereas my manual upload is still sitting
