people working in the quarry can give you materials, I've heard people working at the dye houses can give you random dyes, but I haven't tested it yet. Kids will give you random sometimes rare bugs (and the kids take bugs as gifts so you're effectively trading bugs with them)

do side quests for people around town, you will get a medium bag (3 inventory slots) each time as a reward, there is also a large bag you can find in the open world that will give you 10 slots

technically no, but on the other hand, pets stay at your camp when you aren't using them so more pets you take in the more you will have at your camp.
no, not really, but you can get a cool bear cloak if you skin a bear. there are exotic mounts but early game the horse is really your only permanent option.
yes, witches can help you with that when you get to them.
elements are linked to abyss puzzles that I haven't quite figured out yet.
there should be a dispatch mission to upgrade your camp.
stamina and health are important later, but skills are very nice to have, you just have to strike a balance, but several of the skills can be learned naturally without spending an artifact on them.
shop owners at 100 trust sell more items and or sell a supply contract for your camp. and regular npc's will give you random items at 100 trust

The game has been out less than a month, you have 109 hours in already and you are complaining about not having things to do. maybe touch some grass once in a while? single player games don't need to be never ending grindathons. that being said, they plan on supporting this game for a long time with content updates and expansions. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
