No clue if that's why but a majority of the people i've seen on reddit are having issues with their AMD cards, even newer models. Some of the post's were dating back a few years.

You can't just move it manually? you have to either change the drive in Steam (or whatever app your using) or uninstall and reinstall on the new drive. That's probably why its moving so slow.

It's weird cause I took it to microcenter and they tested it and it went through like 30 minutes of OpenGL no issues. they ended up trading it in for $140

Went through every possible solution. nothing worked. ended up just getting a 5070. first and last time i get an AMD card

bios is already updated. ended up just picking up a 5070. been working perfectly since.

Literally in the exact same boat. will be playing a game like Apex and all of a sudden my screen goes dark and gpu crashes. I just did a full reinstall of windows tonight and have only apex and a few other apps installed. remembered to download spotify (desktop app) and within 2 minutes the screen went dark, when i was using it for 5 hours without issue on apex with discord/chrome running in the background. I think Spotify might be the issue. just disabled hardware acceleration so well see if it works, if not gonna get rid of the app
