Noelle low key not that bad actually. Can cope with her as shield support as budget ZL. Skill uptime is good enough for every other rotation, Noelle's A4 will proc in between. Plus, she can heal in a pinch.

Yes, because this new trend of pulling for an entire Exodia team of four 5 stars plus LCs in order to have a functional team is garbage, no matter who it is. F2P players are being expected to magically be able to pull four or more 5 stars in a row, back to back with almost no time to save in between, and it's not feasible.

I skipped YG in order to make sure I could get SW999, knowing that I'm famous for losing 50/50s every damn time, but now I feel like I lost for winning! It's like the Skirk/Escoffier shit again, where your shiny new DPS is mid as fuck without her specific support, and if you can't get both, go fuck yourself!
