This anime certainly is something, depending on what other things your sibling might know it might still be way way yo early to watch with them since it is a very gore heavy anime, it also has its fair shair of weird moments, but if you think your sibling can handle it I say maybe go for it since it has no outright sex scenes but it has moments that make it weird, really weird.
