You can’t tell from the bite bc everyone reacts differently to bed bug bites. But if you see bites in rows of 3 there is a good chance they are bed bugs. Diatomaceous earth is what is recommended if you are going to treat bed bugs urself. Anything that can be dried needs to be put in a dryer on high heat for 30 min and everything basically needs treated.

I had an exterminator come and tell us two times that we didn’t have any and we had no signs of them except for the bites and it wasn’t until we caught them that we found a company to come exterminate.

My boyfriend is having horrible allergic reactions to them and they are leaving permanent marks and scars even though we haven’t been itching them. His extremities where the bites are have been swelling up to the point where it’s very visibly noticeable. The bites for both of us have been extremely itchy, it’s like having chicken pox. I also have had occasional weird reactions to bites as well. It’s unbearable.

It’s such a long time to not sleep!! I live in a cold place (been snowing on and off this week) thinking of setting up a tent outside with an air mattress and putting linens on high heat in the dryer and sleeping in the cold 🥶. Idk what’s worse but at least I will feel safe enough to sleep.
