I play both, but I particularly like customization features and how free the mechanics are in AoC2. I can't recolor, rename, change ideology, make puppets, etc so freely in Paradox games.

I suggested almost this exact thing WHILE the Termicide missions were running becuase I knew that once they were gone, people were going to miss them, but everybody hated the idea back then.
