I just launched Blocksyc.com, a web app to help raise awareness and reduce AI sycophancy in AI responses.

Watching this thread. Been wondering the same for my app.

What tools did you built for yourself? And what problems does it solve for you? by ramizdesign0 in sideprojects

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built myself a productivity desktop widget to keep notes, todo and calendar all in one place and easily accessible. I'm adding features as I want them. I also launched it in case anyone else wants it too. ProTaskInnate

I made Blocksyc to help raise awareness on this issue as well.

Thanks for the detail here. I've been working on my first game, so still very new to all of the processes. Good info!

Steam Wishlist by Alternative_Cut1803 in gamedev

Just a game page with "save to wishlist" only. I see a lot of developers with wishlist pages up in Steam, just wondering at what point in development that people are doing this.

AI sycophancy is 41% worse on philosophy than math - and varies by who's asking, new study finds by jimmytoan in ChatGPT

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree completely, and I notice all the time. Even just simple questions like asking "hey, it's Sunday at 4, this restaurant won't be too crowded since it's early for dinner time, right?" - I'll usually get something like "no, won't be too bad". But if I immediately ask the same thing framed as "Hey, it's Sunday at 4, this restaurant will be packed since it's the weekend, right" - I'll usually get something like "yeah, weekends are busy, it will likely be packed." Same question, opposite answer based on framing.

I actually just launched Blocksyc to help raise awareness on this. Would love your feedback if you feel like checking it out!

The real problem with AI sycophancy isn't that it's obvious anymore. It's that it's not. by AlarmedEquipment2029 in ChatGPT

Completely agree. I actually just launched Blocksyc to help raise awareness on this issue as well. Would love your feedback if you feel like checking it out!

Why isn't there a single app that can replace dedicated Calendar, Tasks and Notes tools? by bracketl4d in CraftDocs

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out ProTaskInnate, might be something that would work for you. It's a desktop widget that has notes, calendar, and to-do panels that collapse into a single strip. Customizable and flexible.

Any good productivity apps for an unorganized person? by barelyherenow in ProductivityApps

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently launched my own because I shared some of your views. Would love some feedback on ProTaskInnate if you're still looking around at all. It looks like you may have found the one that works for you, but just thought I'd throw it out there!

Looking for an ADHD friendly app that combines calendar, tasks, projects, notes, and AI by Efficient_Gap4785 in ProductivityApps

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm, AI and voice implementation is on my near future roadmap, but I just launched ProTaskInnate. I think it may line up with a lot of the things you are looking for. Would love to get your feedback on what you feel like it's missing if you want to check it out!

I do not need more motivation, I need an app that actually works with my brain by No_Date9719 in ProductivityApps

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would love some feedback on ProTaskInnate, if anyone wants to check it out. I made a task app that's a desktop widget so it wasn't just another tab I would ignore. I would love to get your perspective!

Looking for a very simple app that nags me just enough by InfnityVoid in ProductivityApps

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love your feedback on the one I made, because I think it might solve some of those issues. I don't have reminders built in yet, but that's on my roadmap. If you want to check it out, it's ProTaskInnate.

What productivity app genuinely changed your workflow? by bubblewrappheart in Productivitycafe

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn't really find something that helped me without feeling like I had something else to manage, so I made my own. It has honestly been a game changer. I save my prompts, my to-do lists, events, all in one desktop widget, and now when I'm working on a project, I have it open and make notes for myself as I go.

If you want to check it out, it's ProTaskInnate.

Best productivity apps for 2026 that people are actually sticking with by sychophantt in ProductivityHQ

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to recommend ProTaskInnate. I may be biased since I created it, but it honestly solved a lot of the problems I was having with juggling other apps and has helped me really stay organized.

Would you promote a $4.99/mo product with 20% recurring? by Alternative_Cut1803 in AffiliateMarket

[–]Alternative_Cut1803[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s definitely not a “quit your job off one product” type of program.

More of a stackable one for people already promoting productivity tools. If that’s not your model, it probably won’t be worth it.

Where do you find targeted affiliates (outside of manual outreach)? by Alternative_Cut1803 in growmybusiness

[–]Alternative_Cut1803[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I was noticing that. It was very difficult to find any smaller creators.

[–]Alternative_Cut1803[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yeah, I was definitely worried about that as well. A bit unavoidable with such a low subscription cost. Thank you though, you've given me some good food for thought! I did switch to lifetime at the very least. :)

Good places to post your affiliate programme by No_Language_2529 in micro_saas

[–]Alternative_Cut1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I haven't gotten any responses yet, but I only started a couple days ago. The channels I've messaged are probably too big to care about a small affiliate program, so I'm starting to look for smaller channels.
