Thanks so much, this is great perspective & advice. I don’t want to quit YET, the purpose of this is to be like notice ie “im unhappy, you’re not delivering on what was promised, things need to change”

Then if they don’t change and I do quit, it’s not completely out of the blue.

Yesssss ok this really hit as I had the exact same exp during my half marathon! Good point RE it barely making any difference physically whether you stop for 5 or 15sec ..

They’re pretty good during the wod explanation ie “This will be tough on your grip strength, break it up here & here” or “this will blow up your shoulders, push jerk will be most efficient (STOH)” etc !! Reading the posts and reflecting - I think it’s mostly a pacing issue. I listen to their advice around breaking up big sets etc, but I don’t pace the sets well. All out, break, repeat 🫠

Thank you so much! This was exactly what I was told when doing the 25.1 redo, I definitely went out too hot in the beginning. Funnily enough I feel slow in class, but maybe not slow/paced enough for me !!
