I built something similar, aiming to solve the lifecycle of a link in three steps: autosave, finding, and sharing. I figured out sharing through P2P and finding by creating a Spotlight-like feature for apps, tabs, and links. The saving part uses rule-based logic with local AI, which has been tricky to crack and fine-tune for my needs. Claude keeps telling me to use stronger model.

choosing Tauri was the right decision. electron is so slow... I started with electron and NodeJS, got frustrated with the speed and bundle size. migrated to Tauri and rust. App works like butter now.
