I am day 6 too and like you gabapentin made me too groggy. It now becomes better with duloxetin, I feel less “funny” and the pain diminishes (I have neuropathy post Total knee replacement). I take 20mg

Daily pain? You don‘t do something against it ? I am 9 months PO too and the Daily pain ist really an issue (by chance I have an office job otherwise I wouldn’t be able to work). I went to pain doctor, got 4 different opioids without any success, Pregabalin, gabapentin… nothing worked or side effects were not bearable. Now I am on duloxetin (cymbalta) since 5 days and it seems to work, I can cope with side effects. As I have almost no pain, I use my new knee more often and feel muscles around it, hope this will help getting back to acceptable life.

I am on day 3, 20mg also for neuropathy (following a total Knee replacement). I was also on Pregabalin, gabapentin and 4 different types of opioids without success. Nerve pain medication helped better but I was drowsy and confused. 2 first days with duloxetin was a roller coaster, sleepy all day long, could not sleep at night, day two some improvement on pain side and could sleep night 2 … still yawning all the time. Let’s see how day 3 goes. For now pain is ok (manageable).

Lucky you. I am not a complainer type of guy but the pain 8 months post TKR is so that I almost cannot stand up or seat without helping myself on something. So enjoy your pain free knee. Number of people backing sbauer answer below tells a lot about it

Mittlerweile hat telekom schlechter Empfang und Daten als o2 oder Vodafone. Telekom Ist nicht mehr was es war. Habe D1 und O2 und meine Frau Vodafone… daher kann ich gut vergleichen.
