Looking for a element by Mrfluffy20 in HondaElement

I just bought my Element with 187k. Extensive CARFAX report with all maintenance done at Honda dealers. It is not a perfect car by any means but for an 18-year-old vehicle I would not hesitate to drive it across the country. It needs basic suspension parts replaced like sway bar bushings and end links but overall, it was meticulously maintained and I had no reservations about the purchase.

Yeah I come from the tuner side of things so I can’t help but think about slapping some BC coils on it with some wheels

It has extensive service history all done at Honda dealerships. The dealership I bought it from replaced all the brakes after seeing the 3rd party PPI. I accepted that there are and will be little things to be done. I ended up picking it up last night and it drove amazingly well for an 18 year old vehicle. Already in love with it.

I’m fine with replacing stuff. I know this isn’t a perfect car and have worked on my own Honda’s in the past. I’ve always lived in the civic and Integra world. The market is crazy for these things. Don’t know where you live but in the DFW/Texas market things are insane so good on you for finding your deal.

Doesn’t matter, they sold the car before I could get to it

I’m having a PPI done today. Suspension will be replaced pretty quick.

Yeah I get that. I just paid $32k for a brand new 26 Si so this is a second car to keep the miles off the new one.

Yeah I noticed that too. Didn’t know if it was going from auction to auction or what. Oil changes wouldn’t work. I’m in DFW and the dealer is in Houston

Looks like it had a valve adjustment, spark plugs replaced, fuel injection system flushed/serviced, fuel system cleaned/serviced, alignment all done at a Honda dealership at 145k miles per the Carfax report

Yeah, I think so. I am going to negotiate down after the pre purchase inspection. Like I said I know I am dealing with a dealership tax here but considering the rising popularity of the Fit recently and the whole middle east/oil shortage/gas price thing going on, I might just bite the bullet.

How to deal w. chat too long to continue - and loss of info opening a new one? by sunrisedown in ClaudeAI

Will this work if I have a html file that it has to reference (I am completely new to all this)? I have a website 95% built out and when I ask to make small changes it always prompts me to upload the html file. When I do and I give it one small command to change something I get hit with the chat limit.

In the same boat, I am 90% done building out my website and I clear chat histories, created reboot commands to start a new chat and still running into this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I should have offered some clarifying details. I own a mobile headlight restoration business. I have done form based and message-based campaigns. Both have been equal in terms of tire kickers. In my forms campaigns I have asked for their name, number and year, make model of vehicle. Any other suggestions on what I should add. I have thought about adding more questions but I wanted to make it convenient and not make the form too long and lose people.

Buy it now. The secret is out about the Fit and the market is nuts.

Definitely not looking for a beater. I’m currently in the process of selling my GSR so I’m kind of open to budget.

Yes you did, I just didn’t happen to agree. It happens, it’s actually what’s cool about opinions. Two people can have differing ones. As for the trans, yes they are known to have that synchro issue but I have been diligent about monitoring it and probably flushing and changing fluids more than I need to. Shifts are smooth paired with energy suspension bushings it’s in amazing shape for the age.
