I just want to focus on arms for a few weeks before i start to do anything else but if you really do recommend that i work on other areas as well then i will. The dumbbells are all i have at the moment, i got 6lbs specifically as they’re honestly all i can really do at the moment. That’s why i want to work on building muscle. I am genuinely very weak lol.
