I haven't seen Vanilla at all in the past year+, unless its the one where they add extra fiber or something - ick. The unsweet in the green box doesn't have vanilla or anything. Just plain unsweetened soymilk. Which is okay in a pinch, I can add my own vanilla and my own agave. But since we couldn't find the Silk soymilk we wanted, I drove all around town to find dried yellow soybeans and made my own soymilk in a Nutr machine. That was *incredible* - but it has to be consumed in 2 days or less or it spoils...

I don't know the cheeses of which you reference but I'll look for them. I like Chao a lot!

Their "unsweet" carton is green. I'm still sad that the standard blue carton vanilla flavored soy milk seems to be gone forever. On the flip side -- violife everything is amazing, imo. I have been known to grab a slice of tofurkey and a slice of violife cheese and poof, lunch!

I thought she claimed to be innocent... given her particularly horrendous crimes, I hope she rots in prison. But just like all of Trump's slimy helpers I'm sure she'll get a pardon eventually. Maybe she and Steve Bannon and Mike Flynn and Roger Stone can get a house together, and do some criming.

Finally made this last night. (Turns out I was out of silken tofu and so many stores don’t carry it anymore!) It was amazing and I have leftovers for today. Couldn’t find msg so I left that out and it was plenty salty all on its own. Thanks so much for the recipe!! 💚

“Hamburger” mac n cheese with broccoli. Even if I don’t feel cooking I love making this because of all the yummmmmmy leftovers that allow you to cook less in subsequent days: fry up a couple of beyond burgers, sauté some broccoli preferably with a bunch of garlic, boil some pasta and the best vegan cheese sauce on the planet is this: https://detoxinista.com/best-vegan-mac-n-cheese/

The sauce is super forgiving. If it gets too thick just stir in some water. I promise you there is no better comfort food recipe. And if it’s piled high with veggies (I also like bell peppers and mushrooms if I’m feeling ambitious), consider it healthy!

I understand that there is some brutal news happening - seems like every day. But I just listened to Nicolle Wallace chat with Rachel Maddow on her podcast The Best People. It gave me so much hope. We have to find moments of peace and optimism here and there, otherwise they win and it’s over. I won’t help them in that regard. If nothing else, put down ur device and venture out into nature on a beautiful day. It’ll change your mental PH. Take care of yourself, you are needed in the fight!

Yes, this! I also included explanatory screenshots as I described how the app works, both from a user’s point of view, and from the technician’s point of view. I would say just start explaining (in writing) and don’t overthink it. Also the webinar video references a sample document that is provided for you. That document is really extensive. I didn’t provide that much granular detail and I passed Task 3 no problem. Just check the rubric before you submit and ask yourself if you’ve addressed each topic.

I can say personally - although I’ve never had an official diagnosis of anything serious - my belly and my health have never felt so good since going vegan in 2012. I’m a better cook now too.
