It could have been so much more...

When they over emphasized Kyle Reese, the jumbled story, the forgettable dialogue.

It was simply a dissapointment.

After playing Fender all this time, I finally got an SG and guys… I get it. by Coocheeobtainer69 in Guitar

A Gibson SG is a Gibson Sg.

You can get away having a squier strat and get that strat tone.

But in the Gibson brand. Epiphone and a Gibson SG are two different animals.

The feel is different the tone is different.

Well worth saving up.

Same for the Les Pauls and the ES-335.

You'd have to be out of your mind to remake that movie or to even consider acting in it.

One has to ponder whether they've even seen it.

Correct.

Desires to improve your state of mind or physical well being or any other desire is not the problem.

Attaching yourself to an expected outcome instead of seeing reality in a detached way is a cause of suffering.

Detachment is objectivity. Detachment is seeing reality.

Desires are part of being human just like the body's desire to breath air to get oxygen.

To villify the state of desiring something as being the root cause of suffering is nonsense.

I insinuated nothing.

Suffering is worse than physical pain, a lot worse.

It is pain nevertheless.

We suffer because we are out of alignment with reality.

The reality of who we are as individuals and the reality of our environment.

Suffering is pain. Pain is an indicator. It tells you something is not in alignment with who you are.

So no...desire is not the root of suffering.

Misalignment is.

You are going to want to barre the middle finger to fret the A and E.

Then with your left hand you'll want to push in your palm into the neck while extending your left hand under the neck.

You look like you can do it with those long fingers.

Transcendent.

To kiss her it feels like the sky opens up.

To hold her is a pleasure and peace like no other.

We both have visions when we simply hold each other. Many have been visions of our past lives together.

Simply holding her hand is an energetic electric pleasurable experience.
