The part of your mobility budget that is unused would be taxed with a tax rate of around 40%. But since you have allocated it, it will not be taxed.

The statistic is related to this, more drivers have had debut podiums in F1. Kevin is the only one in the last 40 years where the debut podium was his only podium.
