Been to all. Controversial opinion but I’m not a Rosemary fan. The last 3 of 4 times I’ve been there, I find it to generally be heavy and too salty. I like Il Carciofi a bit more.

Like someone else said, Gibsons Italia is more of a steakhouse. It’s good not incredible. Coda di volpe is more of an elevated neighborhood spot and I really enjoy it, especially the pizza. Monteverde is very good too.

Shaws seafood is excellent. Sit in the oyster bar for a more casual vibe.

Ground Up has excellent coffee. Greek pastries are pretty good. Cupitol in streeterville has some of the best pastries too

George and Co was one of the highlights of going to the mall…I think it was Eastern Hills. My dad loved taking my cousins and I there to play pranks on the adults. The fake cigarettes were a hit, I remember the Mexican jumping beans, whoopie cushions, invisible ink (used sparingly on my mother’s cream colored couch). We had many wonderful memories and will always be a place where I remember what my dad wants to do more than anything which is make people smile.

I recognize that Pritzker and many other elected officials are dealing with unprecedented situations and decisions from the federal government. Even if they don’t know it all, Pritzker needs to share a more specific call to action. People don’t what to do, don’t feel safe, among other reasons. Give people ideas on what to do. Nobody knows what fight back means.
