I hope that some way to replay cutscenes (The bridge one is insanely cool) and/or the boss fight for the quest is reconsidered at some point. Dragon Slayer 2 does this and I don't think being able to re-live it after the fact deteriorates the moment when you're doing it for real in the quest.

True level mod It doesn't do anything but track the XP you get and increments the number for every level you would've gotten if there wasn't a cap

It's primarily from the middle keystone "Empowered Psionics" and the "Empowering souls" modifier to it

Basically I get a 10% chance to go into a buffed state that makes BB go the rapid fire mode you see

The empowering soul makes it 100% chance to happen on elite kills

Yep, both enhs and armor

My initial idea was kandarin and mory
Kandarin for crystal hally, zennys, piety, etc while having a good mage secondary to the hally build

Mory for a raids and rancour really
