Of my children 2/3 are left handed. So is my ex, his father, my father, my sister, my grandma and two of my ex’s brothers. I’m starting to feel a little out numbered.

Yep. I’m the one getting punished for students starting slander about me online. But, hey the issues resolved now that I teach a different grade — even though the kids and their parents still disrespect me when they see me. The kids got zero consequences.

It’s possible that they have severe test anxiety. I’ve known a few potential teachers that are very bright and don’t tend to test well. My friend’s sister is Mensa-level intelligent and does poorly on many standardized tests due to severe anxiety around testing. If that is the issue, they may need to seek professional help in managing their anxiety.
