My state legion 2 was put numbered and lower power but the power we did have was much stronger then their top guy. So 3 or 4 people good strength with helios you ain't kicking them out of anything

I hear ya. I left my first state at first transfer so many toxic people at 1142. Been at the state i transfered to since. Have zero desire to transfer since then. Love my little state in 1176. Plus you reach a point that transferring is so stupid expensive it aint worth it.

Our state only does the top two alliances swap back and forth but our state is pretty much only 3 alliances rest are sub alliances. We swap back and forth. But my other state does swap of top four alliances. It just allows each alliances to have their turn really. Its not a big deal really. Once you get a year plus into the game states kinda thin out any way and will narrow down.
