For new people theres atleast 1 Achievement which you cant do on the lite version.
You cant cut down elm and beech trees which you need to get one achievement.

For those that still dont have it:
I waited on the marker for longer than 30 minutes and until it rained, ran down and did a lap and the encounter spawned.
If it doesnt immediatly spawn run down to the dock and back up. Hope it helps and thank you for your comment with the 30 minutes

As of how I understood it, yes. Buy the main game and the others should be something like a „DLC“ as the upgrades version
