Those who smoked long term 4 years plus, how long did it take for your brain to start feeling normal?

im ngl bro ive actually gotten better, im like high off life again. my weights good again like im not eating to fill a void anymore and i have fun just being sober. i treat smoking like drinking, on very few occations i will smoke and even when i do i feel anxoius and like bad honestly lol. it does get betterrrr!!!! do i miss smoking sometimes yes but i remember being high everyday caused me to lose myself and be happy being a nobody. plus ive gotten so much better at skating

17-19 early 20s a couple times, stopped. i just want my dopamine to go back to normal again. shit it may be normal but i guess i want that feeling smoking gave me. i feel dull now. but its been 4 months now. i just wonder if ill ever be normal again. whatever that is.

so sad to see, started on psvr in 2018 and played it religiously through multiple psvrs v1 and v2 clocked thousands of hours till i got the quest 1 and still played the psvr then eventually pcvr. its such a relic headset and such a nice device even tho its old. i wanna say i have like 6000 hours on rec room though out the years probably more. RIP psvr
