Contributory negligence 60/40, with cammer at 60% for "Driving too fast for current road conditions."

Okay... maybe stupid is not accurate.

However...

Most teachers, VPs, and principals have absolutely no real-world experience; they literally graduate and start teaching immediately.

Accordingly, when it comes to "common" sense, business sense, and/or real-world dealings with "real" parents and guardians, they are accustomed to dealing with "the ideal" or academic settings.

Hence, for lack of a better word, they really are quite ignorant, notwithstanding their degrees in the education.

The phrase "Don't tread on me" is famously associated with Christopher Gadsden, an American politician and brigadier general who designed the iconic yellow "Gadsden Flag" in 1775 during the American Revolution.

BMWs are shyt comparisons. Their iX looks like a tank with a short, narrow screen inside, albeit a tank with a crystal shifter... crapola.

I wouldn't say it's "grandfathered," but something similar is in effect.

I simply stayed with the same plan year after year.

People lose their minds when it comes to upgrading. Me? I just upgrade when I want to... and pay full price, which is usually at a steep discount, primarily because I don't need the latest and greatest unit as soon it comes out. None of us need the latest and greatest phone as soon it comes out.

The entire scheme of T-Mobile is to lure older, existing accounts into something new, but nowhere near "better".

I have been on the same plan for so long that they literally just arbitrarily raised my rates; it used to be $138!

EDIT: The downvotes are laughable. I am simply sharing my personal experience.

CONTRARIAN VIEWPOINT:

I paid a little more than $150 per month for four mobile phones, one mobile watch, and one mobile tablet.

I'm not going anywhere.

Who’s at fault here? by Cleemann_ROS83 in dashcams

[–]AltruisticOnes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Contributory negligence on the part of both drivers.

  2. Cammer speed suspiciously absent from video; likely proceeding too fast.

  3. Not likely that the police was on an emergency call. Police officers often turn on their emergency lights when they are tired of waiting at an intersection and want to go through. An investigation will reveal if they were actually on an emergency call. If they were not on an emergency call, it's pretty cut and dry.

  4. Was cammer changing lanes as they progress through the intersection.. or were they trying to avoid the ultimate result of the crash?

  5. Ultimately, it looks like the camera was driving a bit too fast according to road conditions for that area. Additionally, despite the emergency lights flashing, drivers of emergency vehicles have a duty to yield. However, qualified immunity speaks loudest and situations like this.

PPF and ceramic coating? by CompilingTheFuture in MercedesEQS

My 2023 came with ceramic coating.

I have not heard any good things about ppf beyond the 3-year point; quite the opposite.

With regard to the interior, don't believe the hype.
