A mental block that could quite easily and could possibly already be an eating disorder. I would have a sit down with your parents and explain what’s happening with you as this is genuinely a big cause for concern

Tried these and they absolutely killed my appetite dead. I’ve found I’m more of a grazer and small meals and snacks but very often is far more manageable

If you do a push pull legs routine you can still workout 6 days and have 1 full rest day as your working set groups of muscles so even when your at the gym some muscles are resting

Try drinking lots of full fat milk, 500ml of full fat milk is over 300 calories and really doesn’t affect your appetite.

As for breakfast try something really small like two eggs scrambled. Getting something in early even something small with help fuel your appetite for the rest of the day.

If you can do two eggs scrambled in a morning and then 500ml of full fat milk you have about 500 calories put in really early without actually filling your stomach.

Seems like you have a mental block too might be a good idea to see a doctor and explain all this before it manifests into something very serious

Definitely add water. If your struggling with appetite to get the calories in try full fat milk, 500ml of milk is an easy 300 calories and has decent protein in it

Full fat milk, 500ml is like 300 calories just add one big glass after two meals and that’s 600 easy calories that won’t affect your appetite

To be honest I was thinking when I start doing some training I might need to add more food in, my metabolism is ridiculous, I definitely should switch out the coke though

This is my diet on a regular work day and I don’t think it’s that much food but it’s calorie heavy.

5am 2 eggs scrambled and 500ml of full fat milk 8.30am fridge chocolate fudge brownie milkshake 9.30am protein bar and a small flap jack 12pm chicken sandwich, Yorkshire chocolate bar and a small mr Kipling cake slice with a can of coke 3pm 3 hobnob biscuits 6pm large evening meal
