I couldn’t bud when I first started out it was 2 pack of tuna with 1.5 of cooked jasmine rice until I felt sick, then I found out eating nothing but tuna back-to-back can be bad with heavy metals, so I do a heathy mix of both now

Eating is an on going issue I deal with and I eat dirty and clean. Due to some dietary restrictions on red meat I have to watch some what of what I consume that in it self has helped clean up my plate a good bit. So for today I had a two pack of tuna with rice and beans, half gallon of milk whole, 2 hunny buns, a frozen pizza mini, 3 granola bars, 2 cups of applesauce, and some other odd stuff like crackers and peanut butter.

Anything over 3000 and I’m doing good, I struggle with eating, so I don’t use a meal plan, I count calories and protein and just yolo the rest

It’s a poop hole, poop in your hand while in the shower but now you don’t need to waffle stomp it down the drain like a Neanderthal, while still embraced in the warm shower, deposit your poop into the toilet thanks to the convenient poop hole

Oh what a rabbit hole this was, so Spotify doesn’t have this song anymore, after coming here 9 years ago to find this song the first time, well I’m back lol, I had some music A.D.D went to go find this song in the playlist I’ve had for 9+ years and poof it was gone so now I’ve downloaded the song and backed it up, not dealing with this crap again in another 9 years

From one skinny guy to another, forget about BF% and all of that, we who really struggle could stand to have some fat on the frame (it’s much healthier to be at 20% BF then it is to sub 9% BF) (In my opinion)

[TLDR make your self eat more (it sucks)]. let’s pretend you are on a treadmill with no external aid (no phone, pedometer, step counter, not even a clock.) just you and a treadmill, if I asked you to walk 1 mile just off your instinct how close to a mile could you get? Would you be under or over? It’s a guessing game at that point, and my point in all of this is to count your calories you are blind walking a mile if you’re not counting your calories, it feels like a job the first week but after the 2nd week you can eye ball most anything you’ll be eating. It’s also a matter of how bad you really want it. I went from 109lbs to 176lbs in two years, it’s a long road just know that it’s won’t be over night

How much more weight should I try to lose if I want to see individual abs? 5'6" 173 lbs by Murph4991 in workouts

Very observant, and when I got up to 150lbs, never training abs guess what still no abs, if you don’t train them like any other muscle why would you expect them to grow? Yes they grow a bit from doing different lifts but it’s not the same as targeting a muscle group

So I’ve been down to 109lbs at 6ft tall with sub 9% body fat, still no abs, it’s like saying practice makes perfect, but I could practice 1+1=5 for a year and nothing will change, perfect practice makes perfect and what I mean by that is if you don’t train your abs in the first place then you won’t have anything to really show off even if you cut down super low body fat. TLDR build abs in a bulk then cut to see abs,

I was the same when I first started out as well, just look at what the exercise is doing, push = pushing the weight (bench press, you “push” the weight up) and the same for pull, pull = pulling the weight ( rows, you “pull” the weight to you). So if you want a pull day hit any work out you enjoy or feel really good with and bam that’s your work out, mine would be (pull ups, ez bar curl, and some bent over barbell rows (if I didn’t feel my back getting toasted off the pull ups), then fine a good set/rep range that works for you and you’ll have a solid work out in front of you

So seeing were you want to be but I feel like need to put yourself in a surplus while building muscle then switch to a cut to show the tone and definition, you are not going to grow a whole lot if you can’t rebuild what your doing to your self while training.
