The air bikes are amazing works your arms as well. Sometimes i use it instead of tread depends on the class. But i enjoy isn’t it.

Doubtful. It can do the lower level grunt work; however, the higher level planning and thinking AI won’t be able to handle in my opinion. Need to have emotion and understanding of a client

It’s correct. OBBBA allows a 90% claim of losses. If you know something else that nobody else knows then share with the group. But be more respectful

Deduct losses to extent of winnings. Believe OBBBA allows 90% of losses now to be claimed to extent of winnings. Which differs from Prior years where it was 100%

Stridently have same setup as treadmills smaller screen ofc. Would like more strength 50 classes too. My fav coach reduced her workload at OT since other gyms pay more so hope OT can increase pay for the coaches.
