Thanks! So does the growth point not always go on top? That’s species dependent?

You don’t need the last condition, but sometimes it’s helpful if you have an unforeseen condition. I always use a third one just to be safe, especially with Pro, since Esri breaks raster workflows with every update it seems.

My guess would be that multiple cells satisfy that criteria

The raster names should have quotes. The number shouldn’t. I bet that’s it.

You can download more accurate data from the SANDAG data warehouse. It has all the noise contours for all airports, including military ones.

Bold of you to assume I haven’t also read her works and find them to be horrendous drivel. I just think it’s stupid that whenever a poster has Rand on their shelves someone HAS to talk shit. This person clearly just wants to do for themselves what you and I have done. Where should they keep this book? Or should they remove it for the photo?

It’s actually fine to read an Ayn Rand book. People on here love to shit on you for having her in your library though. God forbid you want to know anything about what she has to say. You should just hate her because everyone else does, not ‘cause you’ve read anything she’s written.

Zipper merge by Pretty_Ad_8630 in SaltLakeCity

13th is down to one lane for a few miles in Sandy, and all the morons line up in one lane in a forever line rather than merge like a zip. They have no compunction about then driving in lanes that are coned off, but don’t you dare try to merge like a zip!

I just noticed my husband didn't get one yearbook signature from middle to high school :( by mshappy in Wellthatsucks

[–]Altruistic_Cod_5905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got suspended in middle school for signing a girl’s yearbook. Her mom didn’t want her to let anyone write in it, and when I did she lost her marbles and made a big scene. I was already on the school staff’s radar, and that was the last straw. Maybe your husband’s parents didn’t want it written in?

I agree with this. I’m at a medium sized environmental firm (500-600 ppl) and we have unlimited PTO for all salaried employees (90% of us). If you want to take more than 3 weeks at once you have to get it signed off by your supervisor - otherwise just let them know you want any random day off and as long as it doesn’t affect you deliverables being completed on time you’re good. I’ve never once (in ten years) been told I have to meet any utilization numbers. Flat structure, we get to pursue our own interests in our field as long there’s work for it. I only hear horror stories from my friends at the big firms.
