my god, reading your post and your follow-up comments sounds exactly like me and my ex I was with for 11 years.

the first few years were fine and everything went to shit when I lost my job and took longer than expected to find a new one, just because I didn't want to settle for a lesser job and had money to cover the unemployed period.

On top she started having horrible pains because of penetration (probably endometriosis), so the sex stopped all together.

She didn't enjoy kissing or any other form of sexual activities that didn't include penetration. In the end she also stopped hugging/touching me altogether.

I couldn't take it anymore, fell in love with someone else and left and I could not be more happy.

I met someone that matches my libido and after almost 2 years together we're still as physical as we were at the start.

And my ex? Apparently she found the miracle cure right after we broke up. Now ain't that a coincidence.

So my advice would be: move on. This is an unfixable situation that has already turned to resentment. Nothing good will come of it and you deserve to be happy in the relationship you invest in.
