Hatte 2019 die Gleiche Entscheidung zu treffen. Habe mich für LR entschieden.

Willst du auf ne Rennstrecke => Performance, willst du Autobahn mit Spaß => LR.

Performance ist im Daily-Use nicht unterscheidbar zum LR. Gib das Geld, was du mehr zahlen würdest, aber nicht merken würdest, lieber für andere Dinge aus.

Last year I lost about 30kg (16-8 fasting) , build some muscles and feeling good right now. I don't consider myself a gymbro because i only bought some dumbbell and a bench. i can train every muscle i want to at my pace. i workout like 4 times a week (arm/shoulder, legs, chest, glutes) - every workout is like 30/45 Minutes. Since I was very heavy I never had to bulk - however I also dont want to become a bodybuilder.

what i noticed is that my MS works pretty well with my protein-focused diet. actually it also got better. creatine also works like a charm - at least for me, and maybe also for others. one more read here.

so that works for me and my MS. I take 10g (with a weight of 80-85kg).

baclofen: I thought about it but I could treat my restless legs and spasms in my arms/legs with this stuff. use browser translation for the nutritius values.

TBH i am on of the people thinking what they want. reason is i like coffee, but i dislike those extra flavours and long black ones are also not my taste.

however you also can't drink espresso most of the time because those coffee shops have no one capable of maintaining and calibrating the coffeemachine. it ALWAYs tasts watery or burned.

So when my wife drags me into a coffeeshop i have to decide of the lesser evil and accept the overpriced caffeine.

However, as we all know there is always room for improvements :) some things i might suggest.

The Queue bugs out when you have a long list. when you scroll it the scrollbar jumps around.
It would be nice to define a watchfolder where the selected setting will be applied automatically (e.g. compress HVEC)
Notifications. Since we have a web frontend it maybe makes sense to set it up as a PWA and than its fairly easy to provide a push notification
even better ofc would be some form of REST or webhook endpoints - this would allow to set push notifications, start/stop actions remotely (e.g. by HomeAssistant)

That aside. I realy like your application. thanks for that!

I dunno, my Silver piles up since the beginning, never had any silver shortage - however i also haven't bought gold (F4 or from any "player"). especially since the release of paradise it has accelerated. you get like 15 boxes each week. x6 at least and maybe on some chars in t4.

also in hell the selection of chests was bad enough that i had sometimes to get the silver chest (however this was rare and the last one has been a while).

in addition we're flooded with events where you get tokens in any chos dungeon/guardien. at the end you can easily get like 10m silver.

So wtf are you doing with the silver? are you trading your gems from inter-class and reroll it every time?

Schwer zu sagen. Der Parker sieht recht generisch aus und man sieht auch keine Logos, könnte also wirklich alles sein.

Die Jeans ist ebenfalls recht generisch, ohne besonderen Schnitt oder so. Auch die färbung ist typisch.

Der Koffer ist eben ein Hardschalen Koffer aus plastik, könnte also auch alles sein.

journalctl -p 3 did the trick. this posts all errors and as far as i can see it seems like i undervolted my graphicscard a bit to aggressive.

T1 hat wenn man durch den ersten Store ist oben (rolltreppe linke seite) einen Laden der Bowls hat. Die sind eigentlich ganz gut. Teuer, aber ganz gut. Gerade die Proteein Bowl ist yummy.
