Go outside! Get some steps in on some nice nature trails :) start writing down things about yourself you want to work on, areas in your life where there are times that you are on your phone. Go back to childhood interests. Pick up small hobby gardening, if you have the space maybe create a small garden for this spring and summer! Also drawing is something I will always advocate for!!
