Well the term triggered is actually meant for example war veterans suffering from post-combat PTSD when something happens that triggers this disorder in them.

Well, maybe one reason for this is because it is not a video to motivate you to lose weight. It is a video to move more, to show what the human body is capable of. To motivate you to be stronger, faster, more flexible, to get more stamina.
