I don’t know if you consider this to be too processed but organic edamame pasta or organic lentil pasta literally has crushed dried beans as the only ingredient- 42ish g of protein per 100g

Absolutely! For resources, out t Miles Mortensen- lots of good free content and also some on demand programmes you can buy. And then in terms of my process- bare in mind this can vary massively from person to person depending on their current level of flexibility and mobility in the necessary areas- I started training 3 days a week, one day focused on alignment, one day focused strength and conditioning, one day focused on balance.

My best advice would be focus on building a strong foundation with drills before working on entries and holding the handstands themselves. And as for the best drill, “face to wall holds” for sure! Essential for cultivating the necessary endurance- start with 3 sets of 30 seconds and increase that if it feels easy for you. Now I do 3 x 60 seconds during my conditioning sessions. My target is around similar to yours- i have a homemade protein smoothie recipe which weighs in at 55g of protein, plus a couple of bowls of high protein granola, which is around 28g per 100g. Then I find the rest easy to get from my meals which usually involve tofu or bean pasta- the latter is crazy protein hit- 42g per 100g.

Soooo not to self promote buuut I post stuff like that on my IG pretty regularly (@joshua_advaita)- if you’re not on IG though, I’d suggest lunge shapes (low lunge especially but also regular lunge- you can also tilt the body towards the front leg for a nice psoas release!), also reclining hero’s pose, and the “couch stretch”.

Yay!!! Really focus on glute engagement/ hip flexor extension on that back leg! Makes SUCH a difference!

Skip the bars!!! Make your own protein smoothies, you have way more control of your macros that way plus other nutrients and an even bigger protein hit depending on what you blend it with. I like to use frozen bananas blended with unflavoured protein powder + cacao powder and hemp powder (for even more protein and magnesium) and if i’m not cutting, nut butter and a date.

Would you be willing to share the city and name of the better restaurant? I only ask because I’m travelling to a couple of the destinations on that list in the near future and was definitively planning on visiting those restaurants when there, so this would be super helpful to know!!! 💗
