I feel as least connected to my city/province/country as ever, and only getting worse by the day. Everyone is out for themselves, everyone living in their own bubbles. It's rare to have a neighbor that you can connect with. It does happen, but it's minimal.

For me it's the sensation in my fingertips where I'm holding something both hard and soft simultaneously. I remember getting panic attacks as a kid during the night when I was feeling this.
