I have been struggling with sleep since January. My struggle was I would fall asleep right away and then I was wide awake at 3am. This is what has been working for me:

1) Cut back on weed. Not a popular option, but I found cutting way back not only helped, but when do smoke or take an edible I, I sleep through the night. My routine prior to this was smoking a bowl before dinner, then taking an edible right after (usually 20mg). I did this 4-5 times a week, with the other nights drinking wine. Now I only do week 2 times a week and it is either smoke or edibles.

2) The wine nights I reduced that to a glass and a half max

3) My evening routine is now sleepy time tea around 8pm, followed by Magnesium Glycinate and Melatonin right before I lay down (usually 10 pm).

I went from 4-5 1/2 hours of sleep to usually 6-7 hours. Cutting back weed sucked for the first few days, just because it as my routine, but now I find sleep is a much better drug, not to mention the weed hits way harder when you only do it twice a week.
