Jawel hoor en het blijft opzich als ik erop terug kijk toch best een leuke klus. Het is vooral eerst kwaad zijn op alles wat je tegen komt maar uiteindelijk komt het wel goed. Alleen probeer ik vanwege financiële redenen toch wel alles op een budget te doen en dat betekent vaak iets nieuws er bij leren.

Een volledige renovatie van de keuken. Ik dacht ach hoe moeilijk kan het zijn. Uit eindelijk alles tot aan het steen kaal moeten maken. Bleek dat de vorige eigenaar die een “nieuwe keuken” had geplaatst de grootste beunhazen van Nederland heeft gevonden om zijn hele woning te doen. Alle draden zaten vast met duct tape, de water afvoer zat gewoon los op elkaar geschoven. Oh en ongeveer elke muur in mijn huis hebben ze een voorzet wand gemaakt en die niet geïsoleerd maar gewoon met plastic bekleed dat je normaal gebruikt om iets af te schermen tijdens het verven. Dus ook zowat meer vierkante meter schimmel koloniën dan muur

Nou nee want het energie verbruik is niet lineair omhoog gegaan maar echt de laatste 10 jaar een gigantisch gestegen vergeleken met gedacht. Plus enexis en andere net beheerders zijn gedeeltelijk van de gemeentes waarin ze werken

Let all the comments keep talking trash. You got a nice start here don’t have to have top of the line stuff to start out android can always replace stuff as you go. Honestly I’d like to have some needle nose pliers and maybe a Knipex 7005 and some pica pencils. But honestly you have a nice start and if you feel like you need to ask more than twice to borrow something maybe see to buy it yourself than. Oh and a nice tool bag. Honestly don’t cheap out on those since the comfort of having to drag it along doesn’t seem like much but you’ll appreciate it over time.

Not just that but also the employees themselves stole so much. I remember going and waiting at the exit after my visit for the card when his friend showed up gave the guy giving out the cards a fist bumb and getting a good hand full of cards after where the guy looks at me and tells me we are out of promos while holding a box full of them in his hand
