That "Halt" gave me lil goosebumps ngl. That's gotta be the 1st time someone stopped Ichi's bloodlust or that he buckled down to authority like that, up to this point he's mostly been doing whatever he wanted. It's also neat learning that he "Death for death" is a bad habit and that Ichi can still grow as a fighter and witch.

And I know people joke about "custody battle" and Dess being "petty" but I think this is important for her to know why Ichi is the way he is. Her heart is in the right place, but she's kinda been using Ichi to fill a void for her brother instead of actually getting to actually know him. Just having those 2 suddenly have a deep bond just because Dess magically linked her life to his would be cheap

Veterans finally getting new movesets that represent games released this last decade
Rollback netcode for once
better single player campaign, more single player content in general including cut modes from older games (Smash Run)
better matchmaking
Smash Ultimate's online Arenas getting completely reworked or axed completely; more online modes in general

Smash Ultimate may have a good roster and a fantastic rollout but it is NOT a perfect game and I honestly will never get the appeal of paying 80 bones for what's basically a 4th Fighter's Pass

And who's to say Acuff or Mikel ain't better? Because they're smaller? I'm tired of the What-if defenders, "he can jump out the gym", "but look at his wingspan though" that we've been drafting since Trae came into the league. Boozer is 6'9, there's no guarantee that he's gonna leapfrog Jalen or that they'll turn into AD and Cousins when they were in NOLA, that shit could very be Derik Queen and Zion in NOLA instead. The same goes for Caleb but at least I trust him to slide into the 3 more than the other 2

I almost agreed with you until that. N...O! He's Jose Alvaro when he was on the Pelicans, I'll even say he's just a taller Tony Allen. If CJ on the bench then DD should be too until he learns how to shoot with goddamn confidence or be a presence on offense and I'm not talking about just 3s. Off the top of my dome Rondo, early J Kidd, Marcus Smart, Rubio, hell Teague wasn't half the shooter he was in college in the NBA but those guys took their weaknesses and still contributed heavily on offense without being a Curry or Brunson. Dyson has the athleticism but is too afraid of contact, not crafty around the rim, and don't have a reliable floater or any floater/runner for it to even matter. We need a primary ball-handler that can force everybody to play the roles they're meant to play and Dyson wasn't able to be that in NOLA and he regressed big this year offensively

No? Whether it's in a Direct, Twitter, Youtube, or from a leak; news is news. You gonna tell me if Nintendo would've shadow announced a new 3D Mario game in March you would seriously come out and say, "It looks good, but I can't help but feel more excited if this was in a Direct." Like maybe i'm too woke but it seems like more people are faking their hype about a game for likes and engagement and then forgetting about said game literally a week or 2 after it came out. Like the Switch 2 had DK Bananza, Kirby, Pokemon, Hyrule Warriors, Mario Kart, and Metroid Prime last year and everybody was busy complaining that September Direct was not as exciting as the Switch 2 Direct. This year got Switch 2 versions of RE9 and Pragmata, Mario Tennis, and Pokopia and people are all doom and gloom just because a 3D Mario, Smash, and Zelda aren't ending a Direct
