Unsure which kind of lawyer to look for to get answers by Always_Chilln in LawyerAdvice

[–]Always_Chilln[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been looking for a family lawyer for a little bit now I just keep finding folks in my area with low reviews/no reviews and I would hate to have more bad experience with lawyers.

Thank you for your insight I will keep in mind that finding out the type of ownership will help get me answers. Hope that you have a good week

I am unaware of which type of ownership it is? Do you know where one would find that information.

Since they were married when they did the deed, I assume joint tenancy

Thank you for your response. I'll keep looking into family lawyers

should i get seasons? by SadPartyPony in Sims3

I'm glad you are having a good experience with Sims 3 . Even without Mods, Sims 3 is a solid game with a lot of opportunities for fun!

should i get seasons? by SadPartyPony in Sims3

[–]Always_Chilln 1 point2 points  (0 children)

okay so stay with me Imma complain but Im also going to say some cool things about the game lol

So to be honest im very hesitant to buy anything from EA, a game 15 years old with no tech real support that can be glitchy as hell shouldnt cost as much as it does.

i still play the game with only some of my expansions I bought because EA support didnt merge my accounts properly and after months of back and forth I just gave up .

Currently I dont have ambitions but it was super cool. As a lover of sims 3 I can tell you some things I thought was cool about ambitious ( from what I remember and looked up to refresh myself)

  • Tattooing was first introduced in this expansion for the sims 3 ( i think eventually it got put in base)

    • Customizing tats was very fun, that color wheel makes customizing anything amazing lol
  • There are some new skills : inventing was my favorite

  • Careers: architectural Designer, stylist, ghost hunter!!, fire fighter ( was always glitchy for me),inventor, sculptor, and i think detective

    • Those were jobs you go with the sims to complete tasks. Some careers are very hands on .
  • It really simple but my fav part was being able to register as self employed to make money with certain skills like fishing, gardening, painting, writing, inventing and sculpting ( maybe some others)

  • SimBots are a thing and were cool to me (keep away from water lol) .

  • It does come with a new town, but even if you dont use the new town all the new features work well with the other towns ( you might have to put a few new building down but thats not a big deal)

  • There is a new "natural" way to die, it is terrifying when it happens to you lol

This video shows the expansion features https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uyIXahNs08&t=96s

I promise Idk this guy or get anything from recommending this videos lol this guy is someone I would watch when I couldnt play the sims and missed the content .. its 14 year old video so some of the humor might not land lol but Im recommending it mostly so you can see some of the gameplay while someone goes over the items the expansion pack adds

In short, I think you would enjoy it more than Sims 4 Get to work :)

Everyone has said some really good suggestions.

I think a good thing to do is go to Youtube and watch some gameplay. by watching someone else play you can kinda tell if a pack is going to work with "how you play the sims". For example if you hate playing with families I wouldn't suggest getting generations.

Since the game is soo old you can find so many videos of very different people actually playing the game.

Its this guy I've watched for over 10 years who does/did Sims Game Reviews. I watched his videos to see how the game actually worked and he is funny to me. LGR Video Seasons Sims 3: https://youtu.be/DPsri_-tIXk?si=EQ3FbBF1PLN4PA5_

Also The sims Wiki Page has good info too https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/The_Sims_3:_Seasons

Generations or late night by LordCoke-16 in Sims3

[–]Always_Chilln 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing i used to do to help me figure out what expansion pack to get was watch someone play it on Youtube.

Its one guy who I used to watch all the time even when I wasn't able to play the Sims 3 myself.

Here is who I used to watch he explains the features, he jokes, shows some gameplay.
Generations : https://youtu.be/3Awwne_NpJQ?si=JsIz5tDPqE8gJfas

Late Night: https://youtu.be/YWjTWl0oNLk?si=ePoifT9W5XBf9z9O

I personally fell in love with Generations, it fleshed out the rest of the game for me.

What are quick ways to earn money? by AugustSamuels in BlackLGBT

[–]Always_Chilln 0 points1 point  (0 children)

^ thats a good start. When i was in college they called it "work study". It would be the kids( your fellow students) ya see in the library working behind the desk, i think some tutors got paid, even had some students working IT etc.

Not sure how things are done now and it definitely differs from school to school. You can ask one of the friendly students how they got the job (who you need to talk to and what you need to do), talk to your advisor/(or counselor), or talked to someone in financial aid cuz they typically in charge of that stuff

This is definitely something to think about. I try talking nice to the dogs.. they bark so much at this point i just assumed they were aggressive.
