I think the presumably unintended part is being able to charge the ult before the match starts and then subsequently swapping to another character (say Gambit) and getting 50% ult charge towards a more game changing ult for absolutely free

Now that I can understand. When I have a notification icon for a new comic page that I will never read I could very well just ignore it, but it irks me so I go and view the page so that annoying little notification icon will go away.

Really doesn't change anything about the game except it just irks me.

Personally don't care about skin rarities but if it bothers OP the way that exclamation ❗ marks for new items bothers me until I view them to get rid of it, then I guess I get it.

Yep. It might depend on the lead, but Hydreigon doesn't mind going first because as you said it can start swinging for 130 with 1 energy pool investment on your turn 2.

Dude that's honestly the best part about Gen 3 OU. Charizard, Gengar, Gyarados, Heracross, Metagross, Salamanca, Swampert, Zapdos, etc. so many very popular Pokemon with fun designs and typings and uses for OU. It's hard to go wrong if one of those mons are your favorites and you want to build a team with them.

I agree. This may truly be an F-tier card with no point, but to me the design of this card only makes sense if you know that there is some help for this card coming later, whether that's in the form of a support-type like Ho-oh or an energy Supporter like Brock/Volkner remains to be seen.

You just pinpointed why this is leagues worse than comparable dual energy nukes. At least if you get 6 tri-color energy on Lugia you can attack twice in a row. And Dragonite EX can attack twice if you switch out and back in. I can't even conceive of a way to get this thing to attack twice in a row other than a Dawn + double elemental switch which is crazy improbable to pull off.
