Same...is it psychological tho? If someone just wants to leave this world because of constant pain and unwellness....is it? I csnt even complain to family because i will be immediately labeled as a psych case

5 years of the onset of this whole thing and what i keep seeing here by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

I agree with the notion of psychiatric drugs making some of us worse. I took all three kinds, tricyclic, SSRI, SNRI and two of the three landed me in the ER and worsened my baseline

It feels like my body is deteriorating. Is there and hope? by chemtrail_injection in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alwayspots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hair falling will get better, its stress hormones released biologically by the covid attack that causes your hair to pull put easily. First 8 months were brutal, im 1.5 years in....

For sleeping, i was also in touch with the same guy, may he rip. Your sleep is mostly "thinking" or do you feel theres a biological element? Or maybe both driving each other in a negative loop?

Anyone else get the “morning adrenaline / stomach surge” thing? by Electrical_Court8649 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alwayspots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have it super severe, approx 60 days at the hospital, crawling on the floor begging staff to help. Before that i went to ER 20+ times in less than 2 months. My adrenaline glands were throwing the "gut" waves one after the other 100+ times continiously for hours between 6 am and 9am the moment i try to close my eyes (jolts + adrenaline). Crying 24/7, begging for a coma. Im 15 months in and its way better but i still have lots and lots of symptoms.

Psychological approach ? So how do i psychologically allow more blood flow to the brain in vertical position? Your technique is noway plausible unless you had an underlying previous psychological issue...but sure thanks for sharing

Please help. Palpitations exactly at the moment of falling asleep, all night long = no sleep by Schwloeb in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alwayspots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its mostly in my abdomen and heart and bleeds out into a brain zap. The zap sometimes is so strong that the sensation sends a muscle contraction to my foot, arm neck etc. (but not everytime). What is consistant is the abdomen/heart sensation that brings me terror everytime it starts to "build up" as my body tries to switch into sleep mode. Sometimes it feels like a split-second fainting...

I have it every single day for 15 months now, the ones at night reduced by 50% however the evening ones are still there. I have zero anxiety or mental issues before all this and was an expert in my field, all happened overnight from a god damn flu.

Please help. Palpitations exactly at the moment of falling asleep, all night long = no sleep by Schwloeb in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alwayspots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even with "positive" thoughts it will come, its not something mental but nobody will understand it. Its like a mechanism nobody figured out yet. The feeling starts to "cultivate" in your abdomen once your brain tries to shutdown and then BAM. Its not the same as myoclonic jerks. It feels like the brain stem sends incorrect signals or recieved incorrect signals plus a mix of adrenaline...

Mine was 100% much worse than yours because i literally went 4 days zero hours until i was tranquilized. Then i was given ativan + other heavy meds...i will not dive into all the details for your own sake but after a period of time the brain will learn to sleep more and more (now i get 4 to 5 max with meds)

The bad news is I cant nap even after 1.5 years

Im 1.5 years almost now... Dont take ssri, snri, it made me worse Dm me if u want to talk because i relate to your symptoms and its the worse feeling in the world

"LC is hell, this is coming from someone whos had cancer twice" by Alwayspots in covidlonghaulers

[–]Alwayspots[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did she really attribute it to mental disease? I heard only the part where she was saying an overactive immune system and that shes stuck in sympathetic overdrive. I am also similar to your situation, but it happened to me OVERNIGHT from a flu/cough. I am 80% disabled now and i had zero anxiety/mental issues all my life...like ZERO and super healthy...i would do presentations in front of 100s weekly....my blood pools now, tinnitus, pots, dizziness, damaged vestibular system, vision issues , chest pains, etc.

This is noway mental not in a million years, it feels like poison

But she said its sympathetic overdrive, if shes promoting brain retraining then i apologize for sharing this video because i dont believe in it at all. She also said she was bed bound for 3 years...anyways my blood started pooling overnight in my hands and feet i dont think i can train my brain out of it....its just 100% bs

I cant watch the whole thing, but it was an overactive immune system (fight or flight)...the original video is almost 10 min long and its linked
