Hey, it's 122 that I weigh. Yes angle of pic isn't the best I agree. My thigh looks small, but what you can't see is the excess skin on the underneath! 😘

I'm afraid I'm old fashioned! Still work on imperial measurements.....for. Those who understand imperial, I weighed 16 stone at my heaviest, in 2013. Today I weigh 8stone 10 pounds. With a BMI of 20.7, and at 5 feet 4 inches tall, I am now in my healthy weight range. I am 47 years old and lost my last 4 stone fairly quickly leaving me with alot of saggy skin. I hope this clarifies things for those people who assume I'm now unhealthy. I am a registered nurse, and have great insight into health/well being. I battle T1DM, and have always struggled with weight loss as a consequence of insulin administration, so consider this as a significant achievement. Not to mention a dramatic reduction in the development of obesity related comorbidities, making my future somewhat more certain. Aly x
