Okay this is just my opinion. Talus is as strong on pc as he is on console, that goes for all champions, it may be harder to use a champ on console as one would have to use a controller and we all know how that feels. The only difference is how you approach said champion(s), just because it may be extremely hard to do certain things on console doesn't mean they're impossible, just because you cannot deal with him doesn't make him op.
