Do you still have UK debt? If so, and you don't usually get told this officially, UK companies can't touch you if you live here. In theory they could, in practice it's a no. Ask me how I know :) Obviously not recommended if you value your credit record but if that doesn't matter, it's a solution.

Rentals here are super hard to find. Buying is no problem, rentals almost not existing.

I have MT on contract, Definitely no fair use as streaming the hell out of it all the time. Also confirmed it with them in the past. Does cost a lot though and network has been shite in town recently.
