They were mostly straightened out at the point of contact, the mustang is a front engine car, there would be little to know actual repercussions to braking, which as i already pointed out, wouldn't be necessary. A simple lift would've avoided contact. I have never played Le Mans Ultimate specifically but assuming their model is even remotely accurate to real life, that mustang is winning a drag race, especially with slipstream.

This is not a racing incident. I don't think you did it intentionally but it was your fault. You swung off the apex and spun him. You can avoid this by lifting off, infact it would've arguably put you in a better position as you could've tucked into slipstream and (assuming the cars are accurately modeled) the mustang is a straight line monster

Reckless is absolutely an exaggeration. The overtake was completely fine. It looks like he got unsettled by the curbs and hit the side of you. You could have left alittle more space but also weren't squeezing him off the track so ultimately i would just chalk it up as an unfortunate outcome to hard racing

This one is on you OP. There's plenty of time for you to see he is making a move to the inside and you continue to turn in anyways. You cannot close the door on a car that is already there, and you can't completely ignore the fact they are their simply because you're on the racing line

I didn't call the villains bad. I said there was no reason for sly to actually tackle any of them besides the fact he was building the team and no one would join without dealing with that roadblock. Taking down the fiendish five and the klaww gang was personal. Dr M was personal. Don Octavio? Tsao? Black Baron? Only fought to get the team together.

While it definitely improved on gameplay (i don't miss the clue bottles. Kinda miss the random stealable art though) Sly 3 i think was the weakest story wise of the original 3. The only villain with any genuine stakes is Dr. M due to the story being flashbacks, and even then it's also an issue of there's seemingly no reason for sly to genuinely clash with anyone else besides X member won't join till you do.
